Patrícia Ferreira Pará Yxapy

Patrícia Ferreira Pará Yxapy is the co-director, with Ariel Ortega, two award-winners Bicicletas de Nhanderu (2011), Mbya-Mirim (2013) and Desterro Guarani (2011). She is co-directed, with Vincent Carelli and Ernesto de Carvalho, for Tava: A casa de pedra (2012). She is interested in questions related to the place of women, both in her world and in other societies. She has participated in various shows and festivals in Brazil and the world, such as the American Native Film Festival, forumdoc.bh, Lugar do Real, Cine Fronteira, FINCAR, among others.
