Aisha is a life coach, sexological bodyworker and teacher committed to creating a community that works through one to one leadership and guidance. She has dedicated herself to learning and offering embodied healing that focuses on integrating all parts of ourselves, including the shadow, so that we may each have a greater sense of who we are, where our individual purpose and pleasure lies and how to create a life that we love.
Aisha began her journey as a business coach, after 10 years of working alongside CEOs, MDs and entrepreneurs of ethical businesses in London. She has represented companies in business deals around the world and was celebrated on the industry ’30 under 30′ list in 2019.
Her personal connection to those she worked with was part of her initial interest in supporting people outside of the office walls. She became acutely aware of how personal struggles impacted her colleagues and friends health, relationships and, ultimately, each person’s ability to express their creativity and power. To her, many business skills were transferable into making family, relationships and health a successful area and vice versa!
As for personal and sexual coaching, Aisha is devoted to somatic, humanistic approaches. She has witnessed the power of intimate conversations, vulnerability and presence, alongside a willingness to look and having the courage to share. She is certified as a Pause Place practitioner, a certified 1-2-1 practitioner with body-psychotherapist Katie Ellis and has undertaken a somatic dual training (embodied sex coaching and sexological bodywork).
Aisha has trained with Joseph Kramer, Ellen Heed, Kimberley Anne Johnson, Katie Sarra, Kian De La Cour and others.
Aisha has been invited to speak publicly on the topics of sexuality and embodiment on a variety of platforms from wellness festivals to corporate conferences.
Aisha understands that if any part of ourselves is not allowed, then we can not know ourselves truly. If we don’t allow ourselves we also can’t develop those hidden parts. Her emphasis in sessions is in finding authentic expression and trusting it, and moving out of the head and into the body, so that each person may discover themselves anew and transform their connection to themselves, to others and to the world. This is vulnerable, courageous work that rebuilds character and community.
