Advaya takes you outside

Spending time outside our four walls is key to connecting to and relating with nature and each other. So find your nearest window, garden, park, or forest, and allow us to provide you with tools that have the power to guide your daily life and shift your worldview.  These audio practices are designed to be listened to screen-free.

Module 1A 30 minute breathwork session designed to be done outside.

Our breath as well as being in nature has the ability to calm our nervous system and bring us present. This outdoor practice blends the calmness of nature with a breathwork/meditation inviting you to experience this refreshing way to find calm and mental clarity.

Our mission is to connect our community to nature. With that in mind, we have put together 8 weekly practices, curated by somatic experts, poets, teachers, and dream practitioners who will help you connect to the outside world. Think 30 minutes of poetry by Mark Delisser, an embodied practice guided by Abigail Rose Clarke, a ritual guided by Isla McLeod, and so many more!

We recognize that what ‘outside’ means to our community varies tremendously and that not everyone has equal access to mobility, green space, or fresh air.

Nonetheless, spending time outside our four walls is key to connecting to and relating with nature and each other. So find your nearest window, garden, park, or forest, and allow us to provide you with tools that have the power to guide your daily life and truly shift your behavioural patterns.
