  • What dream tech is and the status of its development
  • Major ethical questions and concerns provoked by dream tech
  • Who the leading players are in the space, including scientists and technology companies
  • How you can experiment with dream tech yourself using the Dormio timer.

New Advaya teacher philosopher and historian of science Marieke McKenna has invited filmmaker and dream tech expert Saelyx Finna for an in depth discussion of this topic, that has been, so far, not yet widely introduced to society at large. Examples of dream tech include lucid dream induction devices, dream recording, VR and AI applications, lucid dreaming and dream journal apps, and early attempts at dream advertising. We will discuss examples of dream tech, foundational scientific studies, case studies, and the profound ethical questions raised by the advent of technology that directly influences the subconscious. Attendees will leave with a DIY dream tech protocol they can try at home. This webinar is a second of two that we are hosting ahead of the launch of Marieke McKenna’s course on dreams.
