Josh “Bones” Murphy
Josh is an award-wining director and producer. He recently directed ARTIFISHAL a feature documentary for Patagonia. He co-founded the production company Liars & Thieves! with editor Collin Kriner.
Josh is an award-wining director and producer whose work includes short and feature narrative film and documentaries. He is the recipient of North American Snow Sports Journalist Association’s Bill Berry Award for Modern Media, the Harold Hirsch Award for Film and Broadcast, and was a finalist for the Kenneth Rainin Foundation Filmmaking Grant for narrative film.
He recently directed ARTIFISHAL a feature documentary for Patagonia which premieres at Tribeca ’19, and co-produced THE PUSH (Santa Barbra) that won over 18 film festivals. He co-produced THE RIVER WHY (2010 Dallas AFI Film Festival, Best Cinematography Ashland Independent Film Festival) and produced HERE ALONE (Tribeca ’16, Audience Award Winner Best Feature).
