Flay Guajajara
Flay is a filmmaker and photographer of the Guajajara people in Maranhão, Brazil. He acts as Communications Coordinator for the Araribóia Indigenous Land.
Flay founded the “Midia India” network with two other Guajajara youth, Erisvan Guajajara and Edvan Guajajara, to give voice to the indigenous peoples of Brazil and to spread news of indigenous campaigns throughout Brazil through their Facebook page.

He participated in audiovisual training through the “Coisa de Índio” project, which began with 12 Guajajara youth. They produced several short films to communicate their cultural and territorial realities to the world.
