Course modules

Introduction

We are nature. Nature is us. In this module, we meet Dr. Zach Bush as he embarks on a quest to explore natural health. The deeper he has dived into his own career in medicine, the more he has been drawn back into nature. Dr. Zach invites us to join as he explores how our bodies interact with the natural world around us.

Natural Movement

We’re wild, connected empowered beings. However, the environment of the modern world does not allow us to operate in that way. Joined by friend Tony Riddle, in this module Dr. Zach explores how the way that we move can let us thrive again.

Ancestral Knowledge

Our bodies still remember and crave their place in the natural world. Over the last 4,000 years, the rise and fall of empires have reinforced the idea that we are separate to nature. In this module, Dr. Zach explains how we can harness and revive our ancestral memory, finding ways to become the solution and not the problem.

Toxin-Free Lifestyle

In our modern life we are embedded in a web of toxins, from the food we eat, the cosmetics we use, to the air we breathe. It’s time to break this cycle, and look to a healthy future where nature is our home again.

Mindfulness

90% of the seratonin produced in the body is produced in the gut. In this module, Dr. Zach looks at the significance of our gut health to achieve a new sense of being and reveals the secret behind the world’s Blue Zones.

Kids

In the world of parenting, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. This module is about rethinking childhood and the ways that we create space for the children of the next generation.

Regenerative Business

The businesses of today are extractive machines taking resources from Mother Earth. It’s time to reimagine how the businesses and industries of the future could look like in a closed-loop system, where resources are returned to Mother Earth at the end of their lifecycle.

Outro

It’s time to take a deep breath. Dr. Zach finishes the course by looking to a future filled with reconnection, wellness and a return to our ancestral patterns of the past. We are nature. Nature is us.
